I concur and I thank you. Although I have not seen this "glow" personally, I do believe that it could happen. In addition to this belief, I also believe that baramei does not have to glow. For example, a person meditates. That person disappears for some amount of time, then reappears. That is also baramei, I believe even at a higher level. That I have seen, albeit through what I believe as an unadulterated video footage.
I also believe that an ordinary person could achieve this baramei through deligent practices of everyday habits. For example there are many kinds of baramei one could perfect. Baramei of abstinence from anger, falsehoods, alms-giving, etc... These are the barameis, that when enough, will give a person aura or baramei or power, which no one can defy. For example, if one practice the baramei of truth, no matter what, truth will make itself known. That is, a person may get ridiculed and criticized harshely etc... for being mistaken and accused of falsehood. When truth is revealed of their own accord, that person who did the accusation turned around and beg for apology of that person whom they accused, the victim. In the future, the accuser has to be more careful of accusing the same person again. This is baramei in a sense, because no one can fault you for something you did not do...Because they are more careful in the future, you seem to have power---power of truth.
