Ever had some?
I think they call them TWA-KO? My mom made them before... time consuming but pretty tasty!
i hate twa-ko, khmer people need to stop making sausages.
I found that after not having access to these for a long time, chorizo makes a tasty substitute.
uhhh, is there a reason why they should stop - other than you don't like them?
i had some in Cambodia....gave me diarrhea for 2 days!
twa go is a go for me.
hmm im so hungry...this looks so yummy n i wants to eat it right now!
Those are so yummy.Havent had those in years!
Don't you love it when you cook them? They ooze out this massive amount of nasty ass liquid fat.
The flavoring is real nice though. I like the tiny morsels of madeng, or galangal.
I used to love twa-ko, but lately I don't fancy them much...
We have Khmer saucisse here and they are very good.
These look like home made saucisses.
Bought these sausages freshly made in Long Beach the day before heading back to NYC
twa ko tastes good but too fattening.
I think it depends on what type/part of the meat you are using, but I heard that the fattening is what make them taste better? well when you grill them, poke some holes to drain out all (some) of the fat
when i cook em i like to make it extra crispy.
Or we can call them as" Sach-Krok"...How come Cambodian Sauces too small????
I like it extra crispy with sticky rice.
Are they made by Cambodian?
