Grilled Coconut Pork Ribs That's right, coconut. They have coconut shrimp, why not coconut ribs?  I will definitely do this again. I marinated the ribs in olive oil, paprika, lemmon grass, garlic powder, salt/pepper and coconut milk. Near then end, I basted the ribs w/ a mix of coconut milk and shredded coconut.  ____________________________________
