I was actually home tonight so I figured I cook.

Just simple pork stirfry with veggies and ginger.

Grilled Coconut Pork Ribs

That's right, coconut. They have coconut shrimp, why not coconut ribs? :D I will definitely do this again. I marinated the ribs in olive oil, paprika, lemmon grass, garlic powder, salt/pepper and coconut milk. Near then end, I basted the ribs w/ a mix of coconut milk and shredded coconut.

If you were here i would serve you some. It probably won't taste as good as your mom's though. Mom's food always surpasses them all.

what are u talking about? just be the best that u can be. :D I'm all for ribs...any kinda ribs. I've not tried teriyaki style ribs before. i should try it sometime. Yay for ribs!! :D
