I've completed all the 4 semesters. And right now, all in all, it's kind of overwhelming to get prepared. So, do you have any advices for me?

Thanks.

Just know your basics network technologies..I guess.
I think CCNA is OSI intensive.
Know your OSI, TCP/IP model, and know where all of the protocols operate according to those models and you should be fine.
Know you subnetting too..
If you have any questions..or dont understand anything..let me know..I got my CCIE back in 2001 :)
Do you own a router so you can practice the hands on part?

No, i don't have one. But i do have simulator program. CCNA is more than OSI, which is in semester 1 (fundamental). I've learnt how to manage the router in semester 2, and all about switch (port security, VLAN, trunking, etc) in semester 3, and WAN (frame relay, ISDN, etc) tech in semester 4. Now, i am overwhelmed. Could you tell me how you prepared yourself for the test?

Wow..they gotten harder hehe..
There should be numerous sites out there that have some sample questions for the CCNA.
There are also CCNA flash cards that you can buy too at B&N.
I would write out every thing about the protocol over and over again on paper. (that's how I can remember things hehe)
I would make a CD of myself reading all of these protocols so that I can listen on my way to work hehe..
One thing to do is to separte your study base on the OSI layer.
I am sure you will do fine..if you need me to explain things for you..just fire away
